Limited technical data (e.g. IP address, request logs) processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the service.

We do not ask for an account, name or payment during the beta.

To provide the analysis you request — performance of a service at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the service secure and functioning, and to improve it — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To generate a report, listing content is sent to our AI model provider, which processes it on our behalf as a data processor under contract.

Other recipients are limited to service providers such as our hosting/infrastructure provider. We do not sell your data.

Where a processor is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

In the current beta, analyses are generated on demand and not stored in a persistent user database. Transient processing and provider logs are kept only as long as necessary for operation and security.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise them, contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
